New student to the Provo School District

Go to: grades.provo.edu Click on New Student Fill out the one-page document. The registrar will contact you by email to inform you how to complete the registration.

Students who attended a Provo School District Preschool other than Franklin

Please call the registrar to schedule an appointment.

Franklin Preschoolers returning for Kindergarten

A document will be sent home on March 1 that needs to be completed and returned to the teacher by March 5.

Documents to bring to your appointment:

• Parent’s ID
• Child Birth Certificate (original)
• Child Immunization Record
• Proof of Address (city bill, power bill, lease or mortgage statement)

Due to Covid, we are following the CDC Guidelines:

• Stay at least 6 feet apart
• Avoid crowds (please avoid bringing children or other family members)
