KINDERGARTEN AND OTHER GRADE REGISTRATIONS 2020-2021
If your student is new to the District, please follow the link below to pre-register: grades.provo.edu Click on “New Student Registration” and complete the form online. The registrar will receive your pre-registration and will follow-up with you.
Documents needed for registration: – Child’s birth certificate – Child’s immunizations – Proof of address (lease agreement/mortgage or city/power bill) – Parent’s picture ID
If your student is currently a Preschooler in the District (or has been a student in the District in the past), please contact the registrar, Mrs. Rosario Hansen at (801)374-4925 (English and Spanish). Franklin’s Preschoolers returning to Franklin for Kindergarten will be asked to update their information with the office at the beginning of the new school year.
