For the last two days, staff have been participating in some in-depth training for our new Leader In Me program. We are so excited to begin this program and see how it affects our lives and the lives of our Franklin community.

While listening to our Instructional Assistants working on creating Leadership Roles for their groups, Ms. Adrienne Cox said, “We want to be intentional in giving students something to be in charge of and having that responsibility.”
