2020 - 2021 Preschool Registration

All Day Event
Description:
It is time to register for Preschool! Your child must be 4 years old by September 1st, 2020. You must live within the boundary of one of the 7 Title I schools. Your child must be screened to qualify for the preschool. Visit https://provo.edu/preschool to register for a screening appointment. Students will be placed according to screening. Parents will be contacted to complete registration at the applicable school.

Other Information:
- School is Monday – Friday
- AM & PM sessions available
- Tuition is $20 a month
- Parents must provide transportation to and from school, busing will not be provided by the district
2020-2021 Locations

Franklin Elementary will serve Franklin

Provo Peaks Elementary will serve Provo Peaks and Timpanogos

Spring Creek Elementary will serve Spring Creek and Provost

Sunset View Elementary will serve Sunset View and Amelia Earhart

Starts: 9:00 am

Ends: 12:00 pm

Description:
Child must be 5 on or before September 1, 2020.
Please bring with you the following:
Parent's Picture ID
Original Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Proof of Address
Name, telephone number, and relation to student for two emergency contacts other than parents
Please complete a pre-registration at grades.provo.edu
Go to the tab New Student registration
If child is attending a Provo City School District Title 1 Preschool, the pre-registration is not required. Please go to your Parent Portal Account at grades.provo.edu/public and update your information starting August 1st. If you don't remember your username and password, please contact the school at 801-374-4925 between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Contact the school registrar if you need help.
