Kindergarten registration takes place April 15 through April 19, 2024 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am & 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm By appointment at 801-374-4925

New student to the Provo School District: Go to: grades.provo.edu
Click on “New Student Registration” and fill out the one page document. The registrar will contact you by email to inform you how to complete the registration. Please call the registrar to schedule an appointment.
Students who attended a Provo School District Preschool other than Franklin: Please call the registrar to schedule an appointment.
Franklin Preschoolers returning for Kindergarten:
Documents to bring to your appointment (for new students):
● Parent’s ID ● Child Birth Certificate (original) ● Child Immunization Record ● Proof of Address (city bill, power bill, lease or mortgage statement)
If you live with another family and can’t provide a proof of address with the parent’s name, go to Student Services at the District (280 W 940 N, Provo) with the person you are living with. This person will need to take a proof of address with her/him in their name.
If you live outside of our boundaries but wish to come to Franklin, apply for School Choice (Open Enrollment).
The District will contact you by email to let you know if your request was approved or denied.
