NewsHello Falcons! As we approach the beginning of the school year we want to share a few Back to School tips with you that can help with the transition from summer time to school time. We will be posting one a day until the first day of school.
Tip #5 – Limit Screen Time
Now is the perfect time to re-establish screen time limits. This can be a family challenge too! Why not have everyone “unplug” in the evening as part of your bedtime routine? You can also choose a specific spot for devices to charge overnight. Using an alarm clock instead of a cell phone to wake up in the morning keeps you from starting the day with screen time too!
